JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates for primary screening.
- Coordinating with the candidates and the concerned team leaders during Interviews.
- Regular follow up with candidates & job owner teams.
- Maintaining internal HR database, employee records and documentation.
- Maintain records in line with the company policy towards employee leave and attendence for payroll.
- Leading the internal initiative towards employee engagement and daily events.
- Attend to day to day employee affairs.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Graduates & Post Graduates with excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in a small sized IT set up will be an added advantage.
- Amicable personality with a socially outward nature.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
